Employee Theft at Microsoft
Posted by Paul Szynol on Monday, December 16 @ 09:14:50 EST News
A Microsoft employee was arrested on Wednesday, and charged with computer, wire and mail fraud.

Daniel Feussner (his web site was here), who worked at Microsoft for two years, exploited the company's internal purchase system to buy and resell server software.

All told, he sold some $9 million dollars worth of Microsoft software, and used the profits to buy a range of non-computer goodies -- cars, a yacht, and jewelry.

Coverage is here.
