Organization: EPIC Seeks AG Review of MS's Passport

The Electronic Privacy Information Center has sent a letter to all state attorneys general requesting them to investigate Microsoft's Passport for unfair and deceptive trade practices with regard to consumers (EPIC Letter to State Attorneys General on Microsoft Passport). EPIC has previously been part of a coalition that sent a letter to the FTC urging action on complaints filed against Passport (Coalition Letter to FTC on Windows XP and Passport).
