First, our page on state "Super-DMCA" legislation is up with a detailed analysis and redline of the model MPAA legislation. Second, Fred von Lohmann has a piece in the Daily Princetonian that suggests compulsory licensing as the best option to keep the content industry from continuing their bad actions.
