Symposium on Eldred v. Ashcroft
Posted by Ernest Miller on Tuesday, August 06 @ 09:50:31 EDT Copyright
Copyfight brings word (via Larry Lessig) that the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review is publishing a symposium of articles on Eldred v. Ashcroft (Symposium - Eldred v. Ashcroft). There are definitely some very interesting articles by such legal luminaries as Richard Epstein (The Dubious Constitutionality Of The Copyright Term Extension Act [PDF]) and Wendy Gordon (Authors, Publishers, and Public Goods: Trading Gold for Dross [PDF]), among others. Definitely worth a read and, hopefully, some comments on the content down the line.

UPDATE The government has filed their brief in Eldred v. Ashcroft (Brief for Respondent [PDF]).
