The I Ching on Copyright Term Extension
Posted by Ernest Miller on Thursday, January 30 @ 09:05:34 EST Copyright
For those who are unaware, Prof. Jack Balkin, director of the Information Society Project and patron of LawMeme, is an expert on the I Ching. Indeed, he has recently published a book on the subject, The Laws of Change: I Ching and the Philosophy of Life. Consequently, on his blog, Balkinization, he has initiated a weekly posting answering submitted questions by consulting the I Ching. You can submit questions via email to jackbalkin@yahoo.com, but don't bother asking for stock market tips.

In any case, this week's question is "Will the media companies seek a further extension of copyright law by 2019?" As usual, the oracle is very informative. You can read the whole answer on Balkinization (Mickey and the Oracle).
