ITC Rules on Government Subsidies
Posted by Paul Szynol on Monday, December 16 @ 15:35:34 EST News

The United States International Trade Commission (ITC) today determined that there is a reasonable indication that a U.S. industry is materially injured by reason of imports of DRAMs and DRAM modules from Korea that are allegedly subsidized.
The Dept. of Commerce will therefore continue its countervailing duties investigation; the deadline for a preliminary determination is January 2003.
