Yahoo! has successfully enjoined an Indian tea maker from using its trademark. It's not clear why the infringing party -- Sarda Trading Company -- thought this would be a good idea in the first place. Story is here, at any rate.

If you consider the international implications of this ruling for trademark law, you might find that, if not "Stimulating!", the story is significant.
