Digital Millennium Copyright Act
jetifi writes "Congressman Rick Boucher has been interviewed by CNET's Eliot Van Buskirk. In part one, he holds forth on the DMCA, the CD copy-protection mess, and the ''wrong-headed'' CBDTPA. Congressman Boucher has a also written a column on the DMCA and it's stiffling effects on free speech. In addition to the transcript, an MP3 of the interview is available under the EFF's Open Audio Licence, meaning it can be file-shared freely and legally. Also covered on Slashdot.

Note: The MP3 download is roughly 6 megabytes large, but well worth the time."
