Minnesota Passes First Online Privacy Law |

Slashdot has a link to an article about how Minnesota is the first state with a law that requires all ISPs to alert their Minnesota consumers when the ISP plans to disclose personal information. This would include which Web sites the customer has visited, e-mail or home addresses and even telephone numbers.
