SESAC Wins $1.2 Million in Radio Music Copyright Case
Posted by Steven Wu on Tuesday, November 26 @ 21:21:33 EST Copyright
Law.com reports that SESAC, Inc., the smallest of the three major performing rights organizations, has won $1.2 million against three radio stations that continued playing songs to which SESAC owns the rights--including songs by big shots like Bob Dylan and Neil Diamond.
