Antiquated Technology Hinders Legal Firms Response

Salon carries an article describing how the legal industry's reliance on paper instead of electronic documents has severely hindered attempts for legal firms located in Manhattan to recover (Legal industry suffers major blow). Many financial firms will not be similarly hindered, since they relied on more electronic documents which were backed up off site. The LA Times also covers this story (Destroyed Paper Documents Could Leave Information Void).
