isenberg writes "My annual Internet law year-in-review column is now available (with links to the year's top news stories) on GigaLaw.com.

Here's the introduction: "Internet law in 2003 was full of surprises, with Congress passing an anti-spam bill, the courts blessing pop-up advertising, the music industry losing lawsuits, and the Supreme Court finally upholding an Internet law. And those are just a few of the highlights from a year in which technology and the law saw their biggest clashes yet."

Note:

Since Yale has exams after winter break, we've all been holed up in the library cramming for finals instead of at LawMeme HQ cranking out stories. We'll let Doug Isenberg summarize 2003's top stories in our place. LawMeme will return to its regular posting schedule when second semester starts next Monday."
