Isenberg writes "In a new article on GigaLaw.com, attorney Doug Towns addresses the issue of whether the Americans with Disabilities Act's requirement for "public accommodations" applies to the Internet. He writes: "Many companies now offer some (or, in some cases, possibly all) of their goods and services to the public through the Internet. In those situations, some disabled individuals may face "virtual obstacles" in a whole new world -- cyberspace. Ultimately, the courts will be required to determine whether the ADA was intended to address these potential hurdles." See http://www.gigalaw.com/articles/2003/towns-2003-09.html"
