Don't get too excited too soon (Score: 0) by Anonymous on Thursday, April 01 @ 13:47:35 EST | The actual decision is online and worth a read; you may also be interested in my analysis. Unfortunately, I'm dubious about whether it will stand and whether it will preclude future lawsuits; it seems to me that most of the reasons this case failed were procedural errors by the plaintiffs, which they could correct in future cases.
