Keeping Microsoft In Line

James Cash is a professor at HBS, and a board member of Microsoft. His latest charge in the latter capacity is to oversee Microsoft's compliance with the recently approved settlement.

MS is goig to make sure that Microsoft obeys the antitrust agreement.

Right.
So the monopolist gets to watch over itself to make sure it does not extend its monopoly under the terms of the rather weak agreement.

Oh yeah, that will work well...
