Elcomsoft Seeks Dismissal in Adobe Lawsuit

Elcomsoft, the Russian company that was providing the Advanced eBook Processor (which ignored Adobe's eBook digital rights management), has moved to dismiss Adobe's DMCA-based lawsuit against it according to a Reuters wirestory on C|Net News (Moscow firm seeks dismissal of DMCA suit).
