Gene Sequence Retrieval Software
Posted by Paul Szynol on Monday, December 30 @ 06:21:07 EST News
Autogen, a biotech company from Australia, has, in conjunction with the International Diabetes Institute, developed software that fetches specified gene sequences from all available gene sequence databases.

The scanning rate is apparently quite impressive: the program can breeze through all available gene databases in a matter of minutes.

Autogen will distribute the software to academic institutions free of charge.
