One Step Further from Spyware Law |

In Utah, a judge has issued an injunction stopping the only state spyware law. The lawsuit was filed shortly before the law would have gone into effect in May. The advertiser plaintiff, WhenU, has claimed the law is an unconstitutional taking under the state constitution.
