Links: Singapore To Enforce SARS Quarantines with Webcams

Singapore, long known for its authoritarian policies, has decided to keep patients on home quarantine for SARS from breaking quarantine by watching them with webcams. A private security firm will install the cameras; those on quarantine will be called at random intervals and asked to show themselves on camera.
