Links: More Volokh on IP
Posted by Ernest Miller on Friday, September 19 @ 10:22:29 EDT Copyright
Prof. Eugene Volokh of UCLA and the eponymous blog The Volokh Conspiracy has been discussing a lot of intellectual property recently (see, Does IP Make Sense? and Solum and Volokh discuss IP). IP seems to be a lot on his mind, as he has posted a brief bit on general questions that should be addressed by those advocating alternative business models as a solution to the copyright conundrum (There's always some other business model). More interesting, however, is his new journal article (Freedom of Speech and Intellectual Property [PDF]). I've scanned it very briefly and it seems to make quite a number of good points.
