WIPO Study Finds Current TLD/Trademark Protection Inadequate
Posted by Ernest Miller on Tuesday, September 04 @ 19:09:30 EDT Trademark
WIPO has released its final report on the Second WIPO Internet Domain Name Process (The Recognition of Rights and the Use of Names in the Internet Domain Name System). Read the press release. The New York Times (reg. req.) carries a wire report (U.N. Body Urges Stronger Rules on Cybersquatters). ICANN Watch, as usual, has excellent information (WIPO Final Report on Second Domain Name Process).
