The RIAA sent a cease and desist letter to Penn State's dept of astronomy and astrophysics, demanding the profs take offline a web site which distributes songs by Usher. Evidently, though, RIAA's overzealous copyright crawler had made a mistake. Turns out that Usher is Peter Usher, a professor at Penn State, and the song is an a cappela tune "performed by astronomers about the Swift gamma ray satellite, which Penn State helped to design." As an apology, the RIAA is generously sending Peter Usher a t-shirt and a CD.
